Disney World, the happiest place on earth, certainly knows the importance of brand imagery and cultural impact. On today’s episode, we speak with 30-year Disney employee Dani Bridgers about cultural influence and advocacy. She’s worked for MGM studio, ESPN, and at the Disney parks.
At Disney, they value a cultural experience for everyone involved, the characters, the employees, and the customers. In similar ways, we want to provide an excellent client experience to our own clients and provide a culture of acceptance in our businesses. After her career at Disney, she shared her skills with a veterinarian practice and helped them revitalize their company culture.
